We strive to nurture a culture where inclusion offers a deep sense of pride, passion and belonging. We are unified in our shared commitment to show respect, kindness, and compassion to all.
Our goal is to empower all members of our community in order to remove barriers throughout our organization caused by social injustice, inequality, racial and other trauma. We are invested in developing intentional ways to identify existing barriers, create equity, and grow our understanding and support.
We know sharing diverse experiences creates a stronger and more creative work environment that delivers better results.

Yesterday Hospice East Bay presented the first of many gas-efficient hybrid company cars to some of our amazing Home Health Aides (HHA). Our HHA’s travel all over to provide quality care to members of our community everyday and now they can provide that without the wear and tear on their own personal vehicle. Hospice East Bay will continue to distribute company cars to all full-time Home Health Aides throughout the year. Thank you for being an important part of our team! #HEBproud

All about

As a community based organization, caring for patients and their families is what we’re all about.
We are proud to announce that Hospice East Bay has been voted a “Great Place To Work”! The certification process considered more than 1,000 employee surveys from across Hospice East Bay’s locations. Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning.
